Europeans have way more haplogroups and the clans they descend from were many and more intense. Two dominant HG in an ethnic group is quite rare, those haplogroups are shared by the clans.
It does not get more homogenous than Somalis. Foolish take.
It's like people didn't read what I said, I said Somalia is homogeneous but don't act like it.
Europeans don't divide themselves over clans...

Yes they did, but they got past it after numerous wars and bloodshed. The Japanese did the same.

Because you're not getting rid of clans peacefully and you're not going to run a successful country with this system.

What is your point? Those countries are diverse yet are doing better than us.
The bantu percentage is not that high, the country is still majority ethnic Somali so mostly homogeneous.
I'm guessing the other is Bantu? Though there is probably more than that.
Also I didn't know we had Afar's in the country, are they in Somaliland?

Yh he's reaching, I wouldn't normally consider a country with one ethnicity dominating diverse but in Somalia's case I have to due to the clan system.
Somalia is a beautiful country with resourceful people brother, we have to start uplifting our people by focusing on the positive
I'm just realistic, I don't see how Somalia can ever improve with such a system.
It enables corruption with people protecting their clan criminals or voting for their clan politicians regardless of their quality etc.
We are becoming more diverse, with refugee crisis and foreigners who work in Somalia yes.
Before the country was easily 99% Somali, Muslim and although culturally diverse there was a mainstream culture. I would say 2021 its about 75% Somali due to all the deaths.

While I agree with your comment, my point was not really about other ethnicities but Somali clans.
The country being 99% Somali, Muslim is pointless when it's divided into many different clans, the major ones being close in size and all being stubborn or having grudges against each other.
That's why I call it fake homogeneous, Somalia is diverse due to everyone being divided into many hostile clans.
Somalia USED to be majority ethnically Somali but Somalis have been massacred by colonial powers, Siad Barre, 1991ethnic cleansing in Mogadishu and then the countless clan wars still raging today.
In the meantime, Bantus were/are reproducing on fertile lands, they also have another source of of population growth aka AlShabab breeding camps filled with Kenyan Bantus.

This map is BS because somali tribes are counted as different ethnic groups. They did the same with Libya were most of the population is arab but divided in many tribes.Somalia is homogeneous by definition, we have the same:
- Culture
- Language (not sure about this one since there's quite a few different words in the dialects plus there's af maay which is too different)
- Religion
- Genetics (Not sure about this one either due to different haplogroups)
- Looks
All that means nothing though due to the clan system where the major clans are close in size and operate as if they were different ethnicities.
It's no coincidence that the more clan diverse region (Southern Somalia) is the worst whereas Somaliland and maybe Puntland are more peaceful (fewer clans and one clan dominating).
If there was one big clan that dominated the whole of Somalia, we wouldn't have this problem. So yh, Somalia is a diverse country masquarading as a homogeneous one.
Even foreigners have realised:
I get angry and embarrassed when a foreigner asks me why Somalis fight among one another as it makes us look stupid when in reality we are a diverse country due to the clan system.
Without the clan system we would be like Botswana, another homogeneous African country who don't have the stupid ethnic divisions we have.

The truth is that somalia is the most homogeneous subsaharan african country. We have 85% of the population which is made up of ethnic somalis who speak the same language and have the same culture. Almost No other country in subsaharan africa is as homogeneous as somalia. You go to Kenya, ethiopia,nigeria and they have dozens of languages. Somalia just has maxaa tiri, af maay and tiny minority of swahili speakers (bajuni, barwaani etc)
You only see more bantu folks in Somalia just because they moved to the cities for better job opportunities. Before they mainly lived in small tuuloos and just a few in big cities
