Somali clans operate like different ethnicities.

I'm only talking about ethnic Somalis here.

We dont have exact figures, but if you combine Oromo, Bantu/Madowweyne, Barwani/cad-cad, and any other non-somali minority you could end up with atleast a 1/3 of the pop being non somali.
