Lets talk about what can the presidential candidates do if they get elected.

First, Hassan Sheikh. I don’t know what would he or what has he done. People who know his politics should tell us what can he offer.

2nd, Siciid Deni. Did one man one vote in Puntland, question is can he do it in the rest of Somalia. How would he work with other clans outside of his own. I would like an answer.

3rd, Farmaajo. Has a bad track in my opinion aswell as Kheyre. Mr Cheese promised to beat Al-sheydaan in two years. Also used armed forces to silence whistleblowers and political enemies. What he has done right is the debt forgiveness and bolstering our national forces, although he has not used this properly. Evidently hes not man for the job.

4. Kheyre. Corrupt guy who would sold our oil for pocket change. Corrupt to the core, when I heard him say he would double the salaries of Mp’s during his election speech I got angry. We are in the middle of drought and he says this. Inshallah he doesn’t become a president.


Which one of these candidates is the best in your opinion?

1. HSM started a clan war with Puntland and Jubaland (before it's formation), it took a toll on everyone to bring him on board. He also used government finances to arm HG to attack Galkacyo, I don't trust him. The only good thing about him is that he conceded defeat when Farmaajo was elected, that should tell you everything.

2. Implemented and finished several projects, infrastructure such as Garacad port, roads, built schools, trade training facilities etc. Debuted Somalia's first district elections to much success, and put an end to NGOs not paying taxes, as well as stomping out corruption. The PSF fiasco put a dent on his reputation, hence people being wary.

3. He's a wadani, but to Ogaden and Majeerteen an enemy. Never made any concessions, didn't attend any Puntland project ceremonies even when invited, installed his cronies on SWS using Ethiopian forces, sold out Qalbidagax to the Ethiopians, designated ONLF a terrorist organisation just to have Ethiopia go back on it. He did handle the Kenyans well though, but who's to say he did that because his clan are in loggerheads with them anyway?

4. CIA agent, a Norwegian asset whose goal is to siphon off our resources to western corporations, not 100% sure on that but we'll see.

An established proffesor who has opened many schools and a successful businessmen , the sky is the limit what they can achieve for Somalia.
