According to this tweet they are due to start on 15 Feb. They are in dire straits economically, so it wont surprise me if they don't start on that date. Time will tell!

@ZodiaK indeed that should be the case but since yesterday both on Google flights and on the EAL official website itself you can't find any Ethiopian flights to and from Berbera from 15th February and afterwards. Check for yourself bro
