Some would opt out of heaven if you said Siyad Barre will be in it.
There is no Cement factory that operates anywhere in Somaliland or Somalia.
What's widely available is mixers that just mix water and cement imported from abroad.
A factory requires a source, a Limestone Quary.
Then crushers that crushes the rocks and boulders and mixes them with the other raw materials.
Then a furnace to heat it chemically changing it and cooler to store it after that process.
Investment in Berbera's old cement factory was rejected because of tribalism from the locals.
Anyone who goes on about refusing investments in "West Burco" or Odwayne because of clan has no right to complain.
You can't have your cake and eat it too, the construction projects will not wait on the satisfaction of reer hebel.
They will look for outside sources for their construction projects wherever they may come from, and if that's Ethiopia then so
be it.

It's not that easy to produce and I would have to see video, pictures or even articles to believe it cause I know how it's hard to set up a factory in Africa/somalia I remember when they were setting up a small notebook production plant in hargeisa, they have to import everything from papers to the blades and when the blades get dull they literally imported Chinese workers to sharpen it, so I'm not convinced that bunch of skinnies in war zone can produce a cementYou can literally start your OWN small scale massproducing cement factory, the south is full of dozens of mobile cement and asphalt factories, ad to that that Every major town has their own mid-big scale mixing plant.
