I do not think @Duke of Bohol understands Economics, we do not rely on Ethiopia, Ethiopia relies on us as consumers. We can easily turn around and tax them higher or say no thanks.

Cement - not really needed as there are other alternatives
Vegetables and fruits - recently banned by SL gov from Ethiopia and Egypt
Electricity - they already supply a portion of Electricity, although it is extremely expensive, many people are now starting to use Solar and Wind energy
Khat - Kenya, and Yemen are both supplies as well, although Khat is not a necessity and we do not need to rely on it

Either way, Somaliland is self-sufficient. Ethiopia is the one who receives the income from these exports, however, they also need Berbera and we tax them on that too.

Your hatred for the current government and president of Somaliland is understandable, but you do not need to go so far as to fabricate such claims.

That's kind of a contradiction. They supply, SL demands. SL could cut costs, supply and produce for themselves and create a viable economy.
