Abdallah, we do have different elements in our culture, if we are talking about the North and the South. There is a difference between Issa and Issaq. Even within Issaq, there are some who are settled farmers, others who are pastoralists. In the south there was a greater reliance on agriculture, from an earlier period. There is an obvious difference in political system, because one country is able to govern itself without any state recognition, and the other is governed by a confederation of of foreign powers.
