well then let me put it like this for you bro, shaanshii people are known for their macmacaan, but in terms of business the afro mentioned clans started the businesses in Eastleigh. you can take credit online if thats your thing. but i happen to belong to a family who owns substantial share, in real Estate, restaurant, hotels and retail. in my entire existence i have never heard or seen a shaanshi owned business, except for macmacaan shops, where they sell xalwo and other sweets, and they are the best.

when Abgaal and Mareexan came to Kenya they brought the wealth, Ogaden had the knowledge of the laws and customs, and thats how these three houses worked together to build what is today Eastleigh. so what part did the shaanshi play in all of this???

The census you quoted were from wikipedia and not correct. The reference used in wikipedia is the evidence I send you on the last post. They didn't write it correctly in wiki eventhough they used a reference proving my point. The Numbers are from 1989 and 1950. Regardless I am pretty sure the demographics would be similar in the 1950s. Ogaden are almost half the population and degodi is second biggest in North Eastern Kenya

Another thing. The demographic could have changed in the sense of many non-ogaden refugees fled to the kenya from the South and not just Ogadens. Don't see why it was relevant when your mentioned ogadens from other regions changing the census in your original comment because they were not the only one who fled to Kenya after 1991. Seems very selective
