Harti unity is a military thing, not political. Even historically, Warsangeli and Dhulbahante have never approved of Majeerteen leading them.
Garaad Jama himself admitted on video that Deni took a major part in the Sool war effort, There's no reason for PL to spend resources on Sool if they are a different administration. PL's constitiuion claiming Sool actually protects them from SL and HSM's irir coalition.
I disagree with military unity without Political unity. PL is not a harti administration. It's bigger than that. Warsangeli are part and parcel of PL as local elections were held last year in eastern Sanaag.
Military unity means= "back me when I am attacked", I don't mean an integrated army.

Isaaq are over rated usually by themselves and their rabid clan baae. in reality it was aideed(aun) who launched a southern front war on marehan and dhilbahante who were busy with SL and rushed back to save the south, these dudes were all in harshin the somali region and even ogadens saw opportunities and wanted to land grab from the aftermath.
