No PL taxes are spent on Sool, SSC is a separate entity, any donations or support Dhulbahante receive from PL citizens does not count as PL tax. PL didn’t declare war when Las anod came under attack, it was instead Majeerteen who went as kin not PL troops. Idk where you’re getting your info from.

What are talking about ? during the war in Sool all soldiers from the PL army fighting under clan militia banners were getting their salary paid by PL. VP Ahmed karaash was providing SSC with bullets and cars with PL budget.
All this is known in Garowe.
All soldiers from the PL army didn’t take part, some did some remained back. As for the karaash claim this is not true, all funding for the war was from donations made by businessmen, fundraisers and the like, and the bulk of the fighting was undertaken by SSC forces, with Mj and Warsan support. If the entirety of the PL army had entered the war, the current situation would look drastically different.
