Islam isn't Catholicism or Evangelical Christianity. The religion is not anti-abortion and the issue isn't as black-and-white as you want to make it seem. Abortion is haram under circumstances ( after the spirit is blown into the fetus, unless the mothers health is at risk) and halal under others ( before 16 weeks). Accept it.

Did I say it's haram? I said under certain conditions abortion is halal. The other view was that it's not halal in any case. If you can't comprehend what I'm saying then I can't help you.
