Height varies. My little bro is turning 21 soon and still growing, he's nearly 6'3. For myself, I'm 5'5. It's really a gamble. Best of luck to you tall people in your twilight years, it maybe tough.

Men stop growing around 20. You won't gain much height after that. I have been the same height since 18.

Speak for yourself. You can grow until your early 20s to mid maximum. Some people are also late bloomers. My bro didn't grow much until he hit 18. When he was in 12th grade he was my height.

It's not like I am talking out of my ass, this has been thoroughly researched:

The growth curve flattens around 18 for males.

How about I tell you my family has a history of late onset puberty. Just because you are giving me aggregate data on height does not explain away this occurrence or phenomenon, nor does a one-size fits all approach work when it comes to growth. My bro was 5'5 at 18 and is 6'2 1/2 at nearly 21. Unlike you, he didn't experience a growth spurt in his teens and stop growing at 18. Rather he didn't start seeing much growth until after age 18.

It might happen from time to time, but it's pretty rare overall.
