Texas deserves to freeze

I live in Minnesotan. It snows on average for 5 months here. The average snow fall we get is 45 inches (115.1 cm). So no I wont be crying, or yelling for help if it snows.

If you had no water or etc and your kids were freezing, among other situations, yes... Yes you would be crying, yelling and hoping for help. Finding joy in the misery of others? Come on now. That's like others laughing at the situation in Somalia. You wouldn't be pleased to see that, regardless of what you say or if you're honest to admit it.
