And yet any kind of european trafficking rings of even more extensive networks go under the radar! So I don't think its fair to say this is part of pakistani culture, or fall for the anti immigration agenda.

You really can't seperate this into their culture and ours, because the point these people want to make is that anyone who is an immigrant is a danger to their societies.

I’ve noticed this issue of them universalizing and masking their degeneracy under the Muslim umbrella for a while. Most times I brought it up, I’d get pushback from naive "muh ummah" Somalis who refused to think critically and recognize the pattern. Glad it’s being brought up more now because their antics have very negative effects on the rest of us.

Finally, people are noticing it more. The "muh ummah" Card is running dry. Few more years to go before we can finally see it end.

When rightwing media does the same to our community even going as far as falsely accusing perpetrators of being Somali when they’re not, you don’t see other Muslim groups calling this out. Often, they join in with the hate train instead of questioning the biased reporting and giving us the benefit of the doubt.

So, while I get your point that anti immigrant cadaans will smear immigrants regardless, immigrant groups are happy to throw others under the bus just to divert attention away from their specific group. Even when Muslim. So, instead of getting involved on either side, I suggest our people mind their own business.
