I’ve noticed this issue of them universalizing and masking their degeneracy under the Muslim umbrella for a while. Most times I brought it up, I’d get pushback from naive "muh ummah" Somalis who refused to think critically and recognize the pattern. Often, they join in with the hate train instead of questioning the biased reporting and giving us the benefit of the doubt.
