There is no Hadd punishment for Lesbianism as far as I'm aware. It's big sin and Fahisha that deserves retaliation, so the punishment must be Ta'ziir which the Qadi or the ruler sentences the one who does that with a punishment which will discourage her from doing this disgusting(sinful) action in the future and send signals to the public that such abominations will not be tolerated.
