On the bright side low income families can put their kids in better schools by getting affordable housing the suburbs. These parents just gotta make sure they raise their kids well enough. The suburbs wouldn't make them immune from becoming street niggas.

I don’t think the west curtails or forces everyone to assimilate, you can still maintain your cultural heritage and language, but the thing is that some parents don’t place an importance on it, hence why you see either a whitewashed kid or a crashout.
