It’s near university of Minnesota and downtown. It’s a lot of low income housing you will also see homeless and drunkards. But it’s not that bad to be honest Minnesota very safe. Minutes away from cedar is downtown ,university of Minnesota and a lot of businesses. You can also find masjids and Somali businesses.
