Foreign investors don't base it on a youtube video farming extreme travel content. They base it on reports from the World Bank, IMF, UN , WTO, Transperancy international, OCED, Bank statistics and so on. Other times they get it from economy news outlets , to see the trends.
As Somalia improves those those entities and others will track it, report on it and make it known publicly.

I called them out and I have seen other landers call them out aswell. But I'm yet to see any southern somalis call out on them trying to also smear out name badly which I have been seeing a lot.
