Some will complain about the reliance on aid, lack of industrialization and corruption but how could anyone expect a miracle from Somalia from the get go? Most of the population were nomadic, illiterate, had little infrastructure and little known resources at the time. He did the best he could and Shermarke AUN was killed before he got to truly do anything.
