Without a doubt the largest clan is by far Abgaal. The second place can be debated but I think Habir Gidir is probably second largest clan in the former Italian Somaliland currently. If you look at their presence in Galmudug, Xamar and LS. The third would be MJ standalone if don’t count Harti yaryar. GJ is hard to count because they are spread out.

If you are referring to the 1931 census, about 700-1000 ReerBiciidyahan are unaccounted for. If you look at the Bari towns, you'll find a group called 'Ismail Ionis' or 'Reer Ionis'. Those are actually RB who did not migrate south with the bulk of RB 200 years ago. @Libaax-Joore is more familiar with them than I am.
