PM Farmaajo was thrown out when the FG moaned to the UN and Amisom. The whole thing was referred to as the Kampala Accord, it wasn't even done in Somalia. The whole thing was overseen the Ugandan President and UN Envoy to Somalia. This occurred despite their being disputes all around Somalia, Mogadishu even where the soldiers were supporting him saying that he was the only honest leader in recent years and because of his program were he ensured they were paid.
