At the moment I'm averaging 1200-1600 calories and just over 50g protein (low I know but I'm a picky eater and the texture of meat nauseates me most of the time), I try to drink a lot of water but I'm stuck at 1 litre a daywhats ur diet like
Is less carbs really that important? I have IBS so I avoid wheat/barley anyways but I also eat a lot of fruit and oats which are high in carbs, I thought carbs effecting weight loss was a mythMore proteins less carbs

Ahh, I really hate pasta but I eat rice 2/3 times a week with egg and tuna (In my mind that cancels it out and makes the egg/tuna textures bearable lol)By carbs I mean the processed carbs like baaris and baasto
