I have been to both Somaliland and Puntland multiple times. I see more beggars and trash in Somaliland than I see in Puntland. Not just numerically, but per capita. (on average).

The houses and cars in Somaliland are also of an inferior quality generally than what you see in Puntland.

Lol there's more beggars in SL than Puntland because there's more money in Somaliland. If Puntland is so rich why don't all the poor people flock to Garowe or Bosasso for aid? You only see them in large numbers in Hargeisa and Mogadishu because that is where the wealth is.
