If anyone bothered to actually read the statement it says that the IC won’t recognize any agreements without all the stakeholders, meaning that Xaarmaajo’s fake meeting with the Gareens means nothing and lastly the UN states that they will offer support meaning that they will likely take part in any meetings with Xaarmaajo to hold him to account.
