What is clear to me is that the US and the EU put their bets on Kheyre as the next leader of Somalia. He is their man in Somalia. They green-lighted him to go openly against Farmaajo who is being backed by Turkey. I am almost certain that it was Turkey that engineered Khayre's ousting from his PM position.
The US ambassador, Donald Yamamoto, was so upset about Kheyre's departure that he met with his boss, the US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, complaining about it.

I've seen you repeating this misinformation over and over again. The communique of meeting 2 is available. It clearly state that elections should happen on time without extension and 3rd meeting should be to discuss technical aspects of holding these timely elections. After agreeing with the joint communique, Farmaajo has multiple said that timely elections are not feasible. There's nothing to discuss with someone who won't honour previous agreements.

His focus and trajectory are unclear, and his priorities are misplaced. He opereates as a leader with no real direction or plan.
Ideally he would set out 4-5 year plans with goals and targets, but as it currently stand he really doesnt have one and he wasnt able to execute any of his promises. Instead of fighting petty with regional qabil states he should be focusing on govermental power and oversight through incentives and reeducation.
He hasnt been a terrible president, but we are in a critical time for the nations future and he hasnt been surgical about his overall plans.
To be fair its not a fair fight, you have qabilists on one side and then you have to contend also with the International Community which is paying the bills and also wants to dictate what happens in the country because of it. Its an impossible job.

He had 4 years to work on democratic elections and he decides to do so right at the end . No improvement on Al-Shabab in the capital, antagonised the states which initially supported him, didn’t focus on proper economic development and hasn’t changed the culture of Somali politics . It’s easy to just blame ‘the states’ when really, he’s no different to those than came before him .

He only has a problem with the fake elections held in JL. That's why he and blackie were fighting. I don't know why puntland is fighting him though. Also, there was huge improvement on AS.
