Just got some local info. A Reer Khalaf Commander from Wardheer was the mastermind of the gooja-cade breach. As for the spoils, I was told, that it will be shared but with consultation with Khatumo about how much they need to keep Isaaqs at bay(so their gonna get more). That's wise lets not CENTRALIZE IT like isaaq did, oh god now, DIVERSIFY, but give khatumo as much as they need only.

I hate centralization whether its politics, military, cities, wealth. Im so phobic over it. U centralize anything it means ONE BIG LOSS also.

Ok Hartis let's talk more strategies. Right now Isaaq morale is low, they got no weaponry or 10% maximum. They could be dangerous becuz of the 'nothing to lose' mentality war strategy. We must be weary when we engage them, we only send 'enuff' weaponry for the mission, not use all we have and centralize it.

As for Khatumo will provide time-lines when Hiil Harti can go home, we must provide dhulbahante advice not to take their 'bait' on rural conflicts or any type of conflict, they want u to bring all the weapons into one area and they get it back.
