If I read Khatumo and Somaliland peace deal has no territorial consequence for breaches or violations, This war was pointless and I will never allow Puntland to join wars like that ever again. I want to see the stipulation clear for Khatumo and Somaliland peace deal also state territorial consequences for violations.

1. If SL violates the first peace deal and conducts any offensive on Khatumo territory, it shall cede in it's first violationBurco to Oog territorial loss, after which another round of peace talks will be conducted between Khatumo/Somalilaand once those territories are gone.

2. If SL breaches the new peace deal after Burco to OOG has been ceded to Khatumo, Burco to Berbera shall be territorially lost and ceded to Khatumo, once such operations are complete, another peace deal will be organized.

3. If SL breaches the third peace deal, Hargeisa to Berbera shall be territorially lost to Khatumo

When I mean by territorial loss they cannot and will not 'carry' any weapons in those lost territories, they can live there as 'shacab' and have their own govt but have lost all security control of their territories. The shacab will be invited to return but with no weaponry or army allowed something we didn't do with Galmudug.

Sxb you should come and visit Awdal and its capital Boorama which has outgrown an developing and much better than it was under Somali Republic/Democratic Republic states
And the credit goes to the diaspora and local community. I don't understand what you are insinuating?

Don't talk about Borama and Awdal like Somaliland has any stake in its meagre development.

Trust me Oog will be burned down to the ground if as much as a bird flies into our new state from Somaliland

Don't be like them, the art of war isn't about harming un-armed civilian or private property, it's about ensuring the enemy has no land to regroup or weapons. If Khatumo simply control security between Burco and OOG only once Somaliland violates agreement then consequences apply, they can live as shacab un-armed.

Then Khatumo must warn them, once another peace deal is reached and it's violated TWICE, then Burco to Berbera territorially is ceded and lost to Khatumo and the civilians will not be harmed nor private properties but they lost any rights to carry weapons or conduct any security beyond policing of their towns with 'light weapons approved by Khatumo such as ak.47'.

If their crazy enough to violate the third peace treaty in any way, then hargeisa to berbera territory will be annexed for Khatumo security and the same consequences will apply that they cannot have any army or land to operate in. They can only do their local policing, private properties, civilians, and even their govt are welcome back but no ARMY is the keyword.

We can convince the world Khatumo security posture and violations to peace deal is mandatory or else it's all just 'empty words, fake smiles till i recoup, etc' plus this will ensure no civilian life or private property loss only that they have no control of security in those territories anymore. We can tell em we r ensuring no security threat or loophole is possible again by demanding these stipulations in any peace deal with SL.

War dadkani massul ma aha to have army, they must lose it if they violate peace deals.

Don't be mangaab with ciil the person I replayed too thinks your people are somehow under my clan's occupation and your folks can't say anything or have any voice :comeon:

And yeah since Somaliland was founded in Boorama the people there benefited a lot under SL more than Hargeysa which is still doesn't have a running water to this day.

You think too highly of yourself. No ones under HY occupation pal.

The people did not benefit anything under Somaliland. The region would've developed the same way if it was under Djibouti. The lack of water in Hargeisa is due to Abdullahi Xaashi Aka Xumbo Wayn. I don't see how that has anything to do with the development in Borama.

The people did benefit a lot than 30 years they were part of SDR/SR and if Awdal was part of Djibouti trust Boorama would have stayed the same way it was during the 60 with little infrastructure development with no hospitals or university cuz that's how Djibouti cities or towns are under the dictatorship regime not much of a different than Isias Afwerki's Eritrea.

My overall point is that credit would've gone to and goes to Beesha. You can keep trying to dispute it and giving credit to Villa Hargeisa but everyone can see we are responsible for the region's development.

Just yesterday a diaspora funded hospital was opened in Dilla. Stop trying to divert credit elsewhere.

That's good but shouldn't narrow your view on SL as who sits in the madaxtoyada but the state or the system cuz such kind of development wasn't possible 30 or 40 years ago under the previous regime which arrested and tortured students and young activists who brought the medical equipment that Hargeisa general hospital needed.

You're purposefully being obtuse.

I repeat, the development of the region is credited to Beesha. Ama diid ama yeel. You can keep trying to divert credit and discredit. It makes no difference.

100 pages of Idoors not responding at all, not even a comment. This is unprecedented in FKD history.

First of all stop being a doc ka yeedh MJ cheerleading for a supposed war between Isaaq vs Dhulbahante

Gun guulaysatay ayaa maydka bisbaas ku guro. So much ciil. Hundreds of years of ciil and all they could do was mutilate corpses. And yet the Dhulbahante clans that live closest to Isaaq however still know better than provoking Isaaq. It was not surprising that the former inhabitants of Caynaba the Axmed Garaad clan were so terrified of hilding general Bootaan that they gave brand new clothes and a mobile phone to general Bootaan before turning him over to Jaamac Siyaad and the Axmed Garaaad even told JS that they wanted a photo op to show that Axmed Garaad shouldnt face retribution for mistreating Isaaq prisoners. Thus it was also surprising the prisoner and corpse mutilations are coming from Bahararsame youths who know that their clan is the furthest/safest from Isaaq borders/retributions

Which brings as back to MJ cheerleading for Isaaq vs Dhulbahante war. Its only a matter of time when Bahararsame flipflop back to being pro Somaliland but their 1 consistent qaddiyad is that they will always karbaash Cumar Maxmuud in the name Khaatumo or even in the name Somaliland

You mate hate Isaaq and Bahararsame might mutilate dead/captured Isaaq but what Bahararsame love the most is karbaashing living reer Cigalle militiamen

It is clear to any neutral observer that Awdal is greatly underperforming its potential due to sabotage from the Berbera-Wajaale business community that have been in control of Somaliland since Ina Cigaal became president in 1993.

Awdal's development is a direct threat to the Berbera-Wajaale corridor.
