Cushites ain't that down bad. But then again we have raw meat eaters in the Highlands so I don't out it behind them.
It seems east cushites are the only based cushites with a back bone.

Any info on the Gash group? How do you know they are similar to the Kadruka samples? I don’t doubt they will but got any studies done on them?

It makes sense for most Horners to have been from this Gash group. The culture is literally situated in the Horn (Eritrea-Sudan).

Do you think this Egyptian we connect with is a fellow Horner?

Hey, sorry to say, but we do not have genetic data of Gash group and I didn’t imply they were “identical” to Kadruka.
Only hope we have is on the Spanish expedition to the region.

Personally I think it was Both Cushitic peoples, Cushites who language shifted to nilo saharan like nubians, and just pure nilotes who were all involved in ancient Kush.

It was proto- Nubian. The Nubians like the Afro-Asiatic (a bad usage of the term but an umbrella that fits the best) were getting Eurasian back-migration and were heavily influenced by their neighbors to the north. Sure they might have spoken a nilo-Saharan tongue but calling the Nubians Niolites in the same vein as the Shilluk and the Nuer seems like a misnomer. They may have had influence from the bleymmmes(proto-beja) who lived on the red sea coast. And as all nomadic groups do they may have placed themselves as a ruler class over them but their Egyptian cousins too influence the civilization as a whole starting in the pre-dynastic period even,

Oh nah lmao the Kingdom of Kush has no relation to Cushitic-speakers , it's only associated with Nubia(ns). Geographically speaking we are blocked off from them (or at least the East African ones).

More like you were descended from a sister group (of theirs) that moved to the Horn at about 2500 B.C. But yeah, if Gash Group (which I suspect were the major progenitors of modern Hornets) could qualify as Nubian despite its broad geographical range, then yup, you were Nubians and such.
