I feel like feminism is egalitarianism, but with the focus on making women equal because it's a movement by women for women, and it's accomplished a lot more

You do make a point. I told a friend that I'm an egalitarianism in the west and feminist in other parts of the world like the Middle East, Africa, etc. Yes, egalitarianism is just a philosophical thought, not a movement really. They don't have any movements/special interest groups that I'm aware of. It has no dogma unlike feminism or MRA movements.
