A leader is only as great as their followers. There needs to be a grassroots movement from all sections of society to make real change happen.

We've already been through this. A society built by personalities will die when the great leader dies and people will start fighting each other for power.

Yes I agree but I have a feeling most of them will seek refuge in Sudan. What about the Bantus.

The Amharas maybe, but the Oromos will go where thousands of their compatriots already live in relative safety.

The Bantu question is a more complicated matter, I'd prefer to keep Somalia homogenous but anything short of outright expulsion makes that impossible. Realistically, the best we can hope for is greater assimilation.
