I assume it's changing everywhere in Somalia and that's great. My own 16 year old cousing in Xamar is studying. Somalis are progressing. However it still happens. All I'm saying is that pedophilia is not just common in white nations, we might hear more about coming from the west because they actually convict pedophiles and it's frowned upon. In many countries in Africa, the middle east and Asia it is unfortunately common.
