I'll assume the best, but it's saddening how supportive they are of this bill.

I am not sure why people think its fit to bring up China and Russia (usually in defence of the West as those are their enemies) in a thread about the West again, trying to bring more corruption to Somalia. The biggest problem is and always has been the west.

Sxb, I don’t support secularism and if you look at my earlier posts on SSpot, I follow the post-colonial school of thought.

I have said many times, I believe the US is evil in its operations outside of Europe. I used to get called a “US hater” in my early days on this site.

However, as an educated man in the geopolitical field, I could not stand by and let people spread Taliban supporting, China and Russia supporting information on this forum.

The excuse always is “we support whoever is against the West”, however, these entities like Russia always delegitimise our legitimate grievances against imperialism. That’s before you consider their numerous atrocities.

I have repeatedly criticised the US on this forum but the likes of @AMusee has never criticised Russia or China. Many of these users deny the Xinjiang genocide.

Maybe we got off on the wrong foot on this bill. My only criticism here is I need better proof for these claims like the actual legislation.
