Problem is HG have put all their money and a lot of their manpower into Xamar. Galmadug is an after thought for the HG that are living in Xamar. Its really underdeveloped, and so most see Xamar and previously the Shabelle Hoose as greener pastures.

Reer MX and Reer Ogadeen give us Jubbaland, and we'll give you Galmadug. It might be a desert, but you can form a mighty darood state extending from Lascanood to Cerigaabo to Bosaaso to Garowe to Galkacyo to Hobyo to Dhusamareeb

Whilst a Hawiye state is formed from Luuq to Gedo to Raskambooni to Kismayo to Jilib to Marka to Barawe, Banaadir, Jowhar to Beledweyne....Eating good ya knaaa!!!!

Isaaq get their three city state and Reer Awdal their own state.

Loool it's just crazy kaftan, in my following post recognising all the different tribes in the south with Digil Mirifle/Dir etc I called the newly formed state the "The Islamic state of Samaale."

But anyways waxa ku hadlayo wax caqli gal maahan, in what world could tribes bargain and exchange states? Haha would be crazy tho, I guess I'm HG at heart because I want the Fertile lands of the south just as my adeero USC wanted it
