Radical

Been there, done that
I watched the movie with my brother like 5 years ago and I remember us both thinking it was very boring. The plot never really went anywhere, I would rather watch a fast and furious movie. :damedamn:
Disgusting, you almost broke my perfect 0 Qashins given score

His movies are mostly about the sharp dialogue and over the top violence, I can see if that's not your thing
what is it about, if you don’t mind me asking?
It's about a black man who got freed from slavery and is looking for revenge

Why should I respect someone who didn't respect the lives of hundreds of thousands and who slandered those dead by calling them terrorists and a virus?
You called a fellow muslim, a "Gaal", not only that, this person is dead.
So, even though you may have some feelings against him, can you not let a man be judged by Allah

So stop with the slander.

All your "presidents" enjoyed the fruits of the Siad Barre Administration, and then ran away and created some new fantasy when the say it was crumbling. Who is the real cowards now?

Loool Siad Barre fucked up the country and then ran to Nigeria like the he is.
After what, 30 years, is it still Siad Barre fault

I never called him a gaal outright, I called him a low-key gaal due to his actions (killing clerics, communism e.g)

There was no fruits during Siad Barre's administration. The country was run like a prison. Alcohol was sold and communism was preached. Somalia went downhill after 77 and turned on his people. If it weren't for the instability wallahi Somalia is better off today.

Stop making it seem that SL's leaders were Barre's accomplices; they defected like everyone else.

They defected, created Somali National Movement (SNM), left the country they served in for the past 20 years and so. in a mess. Those who defected at least returned and did something. But it looks like your "leaders" saw something else

Stop defending your Christian adeero
Okay, Gamel Abdul Nasser,Anwar Sadat are they a gaal
Does the word gaal only apply to Siad Barre AUN

"During the first five years, Barre's government set up several cooperative farms and factories of mass production such as mills, sugar cane processing facilities in Jowhar and Afgooye, and a meat processing house in Kismayo. "
"Another public project initiated by the government was the Shalanbood Sanddune Stoppage: from 1971 onwards, a massive tree-planting campaign on a nationwide scale was introduced by Barre's administration to halt the advance of thousands of acres of wind-driven sand dunes that threatened to engulf towns, roads, and farm land.[32] By 1988, 265 hectares of a projected 336 hectares had been treated, with 39 range reserve sites and 36 forestry plantation sites established "

During the first four or five years of its existence, Siad Barre’s government made some significant achievements in terms of the socio-economic development of the country. His military and very oppressive regime had made some major contributions in this regard, foremost among them being the introduction of a written Somali language for the first time in our history – something that led to the improvement of Somalia’s education system and the reduction of illiteracy rates among its people. Another big contribution that was made during his reign was the enhancement of the country’s basic infrastructure, which resulted in the construction of an elaborate network of paved roads that connected the southern regions of the country with cities and towns thousands of kilometers away in places like Borama and Bossaso cities in the far northern regions. The regime also initiated some important agricultural projects, such as Libsoma and a huge irrigation project in the Bay/Bakol area. Besides, some efforts were exerted, albeit without much success, for creating several industrial establishments in the country.

Are those not fruits?

Siad Barre... You know what I ain't going to defend that.
But, other leaders do that to this day, are they not gaals. Or just because Siad Barre?

"In 1975 about 10 sheikhs/clerics (mostly young men) were executed simply because they said the new Family Law (Xeerka Qoyska), which decreed the equality of boys and girls in sharing their inheritances from their parents, and which the socialist regime had earlier promulgated, was not in conformity with the real teachings of the noble Islamic religion."

Almost all this development were in the south, the north was shat on completely. SNM was formed and said leaders defected due to oppression and since the quality of life vastly decreased after 1977. His regime decided to spread the new written language but they didn't make it.

Also don't deflect from the subject, last time I checked killing clerics for opposing an un-Islamic law is grounds for a rebellion Islamically.
