My older sister and her family moved back to somalia a while ago and her husband works as an optician and she is a teacher at the school her kids go to. The pay isn't as good as it would be in the west but if you get educated here and start your own business you are set.

Life isnt all about money brother. If you can make a decent salary $1k-$2k a month and live in Somalia I think that's worth it. Your living in the motherland and enjoying the sun instead of being in the western countries.
