I don't know what you're talking about. Jigjiga is 99 % Somali. Dire Dawa is weird because there are Somalis that speak Oromo.

Ye , but a few of jig jiga neighbourhoods were non somali.I visited there at the end of last year.Dire Dawa is only 25% Somali according to Ethiopian survey.

There are multi-lingual Somali clans in Dire dawa i believe who speak both Oromo/Somali which is why the figure is low.
