No it is not. It is indication that she is probably a teenager.

Have you seen the types of girls that like those feminine looking Korean boybands? Tweens to 18yr olds. Also remember the obsession little American and British girls had with Justin Bieber when he was a little scrawny kid.

Actually, the last part you're right. Nerds are into the soft boy look. The girls that I know who are 18+ that like he/she looking men tend to be nerdy tbh.
