Firstly on pork, that was in the OT so it's more applicable to Jews. As Jesus came to sacrifice himself, the old law was abolished. Since Jews don't believe in Jesus as their saviour, they still have to follow the old law.

Secondly on alcohol, the consensus is that if you cannot tolerate it, don't drink it. Becoming heavily drunk is frowned upon as is stated in the New Testament but drinking alcohol itself is not sinful. That picture is of a Catholic btw, Catholics are idolatrous and sin heavily without realizing it.
