You have the right spirit but got some stuff wrong.
First of all, the PM does a lot of work. His work cannot be given to the president, it's not a 1 person work. 2nd of all, the president barely has any leisure time, and if he flies it's for important matters using the government plane. Idk where you got your info from but there are currently no old men getting paid too well to cause fitna. Maybe you mistook it for another country? Or perhaps how the situation was in Somalia long ago.
