You make it seem as though they are exemplary. They are not. And even if they were upstanding they can still experience hardship.

You also got to remember that life is not fair. Everyone here is blaming it on the behaviour of us somalis, which is a large part of the problem, but there are plenty of more morally corrupted nations that are thriving. Besides, I feel like all of our xaasidnimo hasn’t stretched for more than a hundred years like some countries. Sometimes one can do everything right and still fail. That’s not weakness, that’s life. (It doesn’t mean that we should reflect the blame entirely away from ourselves though, the other commenters mentioned a lot if good points of shit that can be improved/fixed).

You need to separate individual ‘success’ in the moral/happiness sense with national success.
The west has national economic success because they strive to obtain it. Allah is fair and provides for all his creation Muslim or non Muslim. There is nothing preventing Somalis from prioritising their economic growth. But they undersell themselves and their resources. That has nothing to do with Allah preventing our success and everything to do with us electing/supporting absolute xoolo to represent us.
The west does not have individual moral success. It’s people are mostly depressed and bitter and it’s culture is one of ( increasing) degeneracy.

I couldn’t agree more. Not everyone is curious or open to really learning. It’s no secret that online cyber influence is a real strategy. No doubt a site like this where there is a congregation of Somali Muslim youth will garner attention from such groups. I think what she means is that praying after committing all those sins doesn't make you a proper Muslim. They commit every sin under the sun but go to pray and expect allah to help them just because they prayed even though every other aspect of their life is against islam
