Wrong. The TFG was not created in Djibouti, it was created in Nairobi Kenya back in 2004. The TFG relocated from Nairobi NOT to Mogadishu immediately but in Baidoa.
Nope, the ICU were Islamic courts based in Mogadishu established in early 2000s. But took control of the city in 2006.
That's the main reason the Somali parliament at that time passed a law permitting the Ethiopian army to save the government since ICU with their terrorists were close to capturing the transitional capital Baidoa and even attempted to assassinate the TFG president Abdullahi Yusuf. It was an absolute necessity for someone to intervene and rescue the government else the entire country would've been terrorist infested cesspool, not even PL and SL would've survived had the ICU and their terrorist friends ran over Baidoa and the TFG.

Mashallah saxib you are dropping facts on here but please don’t say ‘Hawiye’. 85% of Hawiye had nothing to do with the anarchy that happened in Xamar. It was specific sub clans within Hawiye that destroyed everything. You have to mention these clans by name instead of dragging all the Hawiye into the dhiiqo.

I hate how this needs to be said. The people who love to insult other clans and blame them for the actions of a few individuals are no different from the right wing racists who hate on Somalis for the actions of a few people.
The TFG is an off shoot of the TNG, which was created in Djibouti in the early 2000s. They’re core legislation that they adhered to, as well as they’re principle mandate is / was the same, hence why I didn’t differ between the two national governments (just a name change). Know if you were comparing the TFG / TNG to the FGS, then their directives are completely different.
The ICU formed a “coalition” in 2006, but were effectively still operational in the early 90s. Their “courts” were littered all over the capital.
In regard to your last statement, it directly contradicts the Wikileaks reports (classified American intelligence reports) , stating that the United States forced the Ethiopian government to invade Somalia so as to topple the ICU. The Ethiopian government didn’t want to but their hands were forced and complied with said orders. You should do some research on it, quite interesting to say the least. YouTube has some interesting videos about the subject.

After looting the government weapons we fought with various darood clans, raxanweyn, Biyomaal/Garre and other tribes in the shabelle hoose, Abgaal, Muursade, Xawadle, America, Unisom, Amxaaro and God knows who else...guess that's why we are struggling politcally now since we don't have any many alliances and good rapport with other tribes(but tbh we are also being sidelined by America and Ethiopia since they can never trust HG who along with Muursade/Duduuble were the big instigators of the ICU).

Still, toppling the UIC were an absolute necessity as AS and many Al Qaeda terrorist members were inside the UIC camp and they were trying to takeover the entire country. We were rich before Siyaad Barre was even born. The Kheyre & Farmaajo alliance was coincidental.
There are clips circulating on the internet where non-Hawiye’s in Xamar were claiming Murusade during the civil war just to avoid being targeted by others. I think it's clear the TNG/TFG model failed, legacy of 4.5 and fractured federal system failed to get Somalia out of the civil war or build any meaningful government institutions. All they care about is hoarding IC aid and bribing 300 MPs to remain in power. Literally Private Sector is providing basic services and even then it's monopolized by SFG cronies. ICU was much more efficient in delivering basic services and maintaining security. They had a promising potential and Somalia could been a very much different place today had they remained in power.
Somalis don't like being told what to do. Shoving 4.5 and so called western government institutions down Somalis throat doesn't work. That's why you have tribal militia, Al Shabaab and FMS troops doing whatever they want. Deep down no body "believes" in this national army or the Somali Federal Government in Mogadishu. It's all forced by outside forces who continue to meddle in Somalia's internal affairs.
