Some dissing within a country is normal. There will always be a town, city, state, qabiil or region that have insider jokes about other towns, cities, states, qabiils or regions. The northerners calls Southerners rednecks because they're out in the sun all day which results in a red neck for caadans.


As long as the "dissing" is second to national identity theres nothing wrong with it. At the end of the day everybody in America calls themselves American, and they swear oath to the same constitution, flag and national anthem.
