As these places become states more development will happen sahib kind of like the American system, currently all the funding in a SL goes to hargeisa, in the past all to Mogadishu, we need a more federalist system so it develops every tuulo not just one city

Never gonna happen just gonna give that a funny rating because the reason Djibouti was not part of Somalia in the first place was of the Afars. Why would a developing nation join a failed state.
