I've never set foot at home, nor am I fully versed in the political implications of it, so I can't speak on it from an educated stand point.

However I'll tell you this, I want Somalia, and whatever other variance of it there may be, to be in a position where it can grow and sustain itself. You just like me probably grew up only knowing that shit ain't well at home.

I want something that can be left behind for future generations of Somalis. I want something tangible and that has room to evolve and grow for Somalis.

Exactly man. I grew up in a country not of my own and a culture that is alien to what my own was. A whole generation of kids severed from their roots.
