Lol ok. I never said period is the same thing as taking a dump, I compared them in order to debunk the idea that "Period is natural therefore it's clean". Clearly bodily fluid leaving your body isn't always something that's clean and people wouldn't be disturbed by. Please don't change the narrative into us not caring about periods. It's about women who are on their period and feel the need to eat a meal in front of someone else fasting. I'm not personally affected by it so I wouldn't leave the room but it's the lack of courtesy or care that annoys me. Don't eat in front of someone fasting... I thought that was an unspoken rule (that was spoken in the hadith many times).

LISTEN I'm not shaming people for eating! I'm not even saying don't eat and fast on your period. You're not even supposed to fast on your period whether you have pain or not or even need pain meds. You're missing the point, all I'm saying is just eat in front of me only when you have to or when not eating in front of me poses too much of an inconvenience. If all it takes is little effort to just not eat in front of me then that'd be very much appreciated. I am not shaming anyone for having periods, or having to eat when they're on their periods. I am not denying that there is pain involved. But I don't know how many times I have to tell you that.
