lmao calling it midnimo after politicizing development projects and denying it from puntland for months till they heard that the IC was going to give the funds to puntland regardless, this is just hassan shiekh trying to safe face and attempt to look good when it was on its way.

I hope we still take the route of getting a special deal that doesn't require Xamars approval because we've seen they can't be trusted with that power.

FGS wanted PL ministers to come to Mogadishu and sign the papers there, after PL complained to IC 2 months ago. Now it seems they're satisfied with their signatures without coming to Mogadishu after PL complained to IC one more time.

what part of my statement was "dreaming"? IC was going to release the funds to puntland anyways. Xamar is just trying to delay our developement. We've got a good case against the federal government mishandeling the money meant for us. It's actually quite plausible so I don't understand what you mean by your comment.

There is something that my father always says when he sees something bad about Somalia, he says “Somalia ma dhowa”. That is the first thing that came to my mind after seeing this.

If the federal government is treating Puntland like this when it is sitting in a bunker guarded by Ugandans, how will it treat Puntland if it ever becomes stronger? We need to strip more powers from the federal government.
