Amisom has 20k soldiers and isn't winning the war, it's switched to an insurgency. That's proof numbers don't mean much at all. I think 5000 boys could take over all Somalia if well equipped, trained, and they study all the scenarios from previous wars and prepare for it. In-fact having cameras on them and an ear piece wud be useful as someone with a brain can get to see the battle field and where there is an opportunity or a hole in the opponent or the landscape.

They average foot soldier don't seem to know how to locate the gap or how to better reach their goals it's all instruction following at their level and task focused(doers) as I term them and they exist across all sectors in society not just soldiers once the task is executed and not working they end up repeating it or dying in the battle field or the workplace dies or becomes unproductivity and closes shop eventually. I have honestly come to the conclusion some people just can't think on their feet in the battle field or any place where there is a goal set, nor can they see opportunities in chaos. I am not sure but very few have that 'survival' mind-set switch on.
