These incidents often have some similarities despite the people who experience it never having any contact and live in different parts of the world. I didnt even know about astral projection until it happened and I googled about it. The descriptions were similar to mine.

Not everything can be explained by the scientific method. You'll be humbled when it happens to you and maybe you'll believe then..

@Hodan from HR If you don't want any jin problems then you got to keep quran recitation going in your house jins occupy abandoned places. When you have quran recitation on in your house regularly or you read regularly they know the house is occupied and stay away.

And this dream state is nothing to have an existential crisis over it doesn't mean anything as far as I'm aware and it's not gonna have any effect on you in anyway I have had these types of dreams for years now on a consistent basis. It's rather boring I prefer having normal dreams because there isn't much you can even do in that state.

It would be better if it was like a lucid dream and you could interact with what's around you better with more control over your flight however nothing improves or gets better in that dream state for the most part.

As for israh and miraj the majority hold the opinion that the Prophet actually went physically and not in his sleep and that is the correct opinion.

You being dismissive basra :i83dwbv:
How are they self explanatory?

Therapy is okayish, feels like secular version of confessing to a priest.
There seems to be a disconnect since she is an atheist cadaan woman. She is kind and has a good heart tho..

Good . A therapist with a good heart is ALL u need Mashalaah. My therapist was dumb and below my intellect- but he did - have a big heart. His compassion was a refreshing quality. :)

What did you get out of therapy?

I got many things out of my therapy. But the most important thing i got was a self awareness, which i know its clichee- but that was an awakening. Also like @Hodan from HR said- the confessing space made me clear my conscious. My therapist made me separate from my body and able to look at myself and self reflect.

Oh I see I would have assumed family members or friends would have made you come to that realisation at some point in our lives purposefully or inadvertently about the importance of self reflection.

You better astral reject right quick.

The matter of seeing a tall figure is a common description of people that got sleep paralysis.

You're not awake in those situations. Years ago, a friend came to me angrily asking why I did not help him when he was in paralysis seeing some figure on the corner, claiming he was calling out to me. I told him I never heard him make any noise at all.

Did you see the tall figure's face?

You seem like a prettier person writing these days. A forum glow up, lol. I thank your therapist. You seem to have come a long way from declaring Apollo dead on threads, randomly calling a baby gay, and whatever that forsaken voice note was.:pachah1:

Basra is an enigma her whole persona on here is a unhinged character that she plays. she was totally different on somnet and more normal. I don't think the therapist has anything to do with it. She just doesn't do the act that much anymore or with the same intensity.

Nope. A professional person is the only person who can do that. Family and Friends give you support. Not to mention, u can't be 100% open with family and friends. A professional is objective. What is said in the room stays in the room, remains in the room. Believe me, a professional therapist is a life changer-if u r open to it :)

My mentors where the equivalent of therapists now that I think about it. same principles aswell whatever was stated in confidence stays confidential. Except instead of a secular angle there was the Islamic focus on spiritual aliments/akhlaq wal adaab basically the same things the therapist generally targets.

Whatever works for you. My friends told me that my therapist needs another therapist themselves. :chrisfreshhah:

Whenever i finished my session with my therapist- his eyes would be swollen. I guess i -unloaded thousand of Jiini on the poor guy. :( He is half white and half Chinese. When i found out he was half chinese which was way later- we discussed the entire session about that oddity! :chrisfreshhah:
