Astral Projection in Islam.

I hear you :dead:
I won't have believe this is possible until it happened..

I just fulfil my fardh prayers on time, do the morning and evening duas from Husnul Muslim book and occasionally pray tahajjud and fast.

One thing I'm currently proud of in terms of my spiritual progress is, whenever I'm doing mundane work with my hands that doesnt require me to think, I do lots of dhikr. Nothing complicated, just astaghfirllah, subhanallah, walhamdullilah. But it now comes so naturally to me so much so that I say them even in my sleep according to family and friends! 😇
Increase your salaawat on the Prophet SAW - these realities do exist and it’s essential you remain consistent on your adhkars and another essential is that you seek a teacher and sit with them. The idea is is if want “ma’arifa” or any kind of openings then we must have a teacher, increase in your service to the Ummah of the Rasool ‘khidma’ and send increased salaawats upon Allahs Most Beloved inshAllah. InshAllah tawfeeq for you.

Jazakallah kheyr walaal

What I experienced was dissociation I believe.

This is what I thought at first too. Like having a Dissociative Disorder but that doesn't make sense if I was able to see my body laying down on my bed then move and see things out of my bedroom. It's my soul exploring around I believe..
